How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?
To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart and choose a state in which you will be shipping to in order to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped and your location in which you reside in the continental United States. Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable! Unless otherwise stated, all products DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.

Where am I able to ship my order to?
Great Lakes Gelatin Company's Web Site currently markets to the contiguous 48 states of USA. Products that need to ship outside of this area, should be ordered via the fax form found on our product page.

Where will my order ship from?
All Products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Grayslake, Illinois.

Who do you use to ship?
We utilize FedEx for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize UPS, United States Postal Service, or DHL depending on the circumstances. Sorry, the choice of shipping carrier is only FedEx on the website, if you need another carrier to be utilized, please, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE and call us and we can make arrangements for you.

Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within one business day, shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.
